Policy

Order and Shipping Policy: 

Please allow 48 hours for processing. During this time your product will be tested and inspected. After your order has been processed you will receive your order within 3-5 business days. This time frame leaves room for shipping delays that are subject to occur during shipment. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be considered placed on the following business day. 

Return/Exchange Policy: 

No returns are accepted here at All American Girl Hair. Exchanges may be made within two business days of receipt of the hair. Please contact us immediately with your concerns. If exchange is of higher price than original product, buyer is responsible for the difference. The product must remain unaltered (washed, colored, straightened or relaxed) and in its original packaging. AAG HAIR reserves the rights to make the final call on exchanges or refunds. Please be advised during the exchange process, customer assumes all shipping cost.
